The platform was founded by Marcel Duffoo aka Tech Scout. Marcel started his search career at Concepts In Staffing in NYC in 2003. CIS was the first Technology recruiting firm in NY dating back to 1968. There Marcel learned the search business from some of the top seasoned recruiting professionals. He later was the co-founder of Talent Hunt Group working on top searches across technology, sales & marketing.

Marcel & the team at Talent Hunt learned that most hiring managers’ biggest frustration is the time being wasted on getting the search correct.
